- Glasgow Employment Tribunal: Paul Diamond is appearing in the Glasgow Employment Tribunal on behalf of Rev. Masih due to his removal for discussing religious differences:

On 27th August 2009, this case was referred for a preliminary ruling to the Court of Justice of the European Communities, Luxembourg.
- McFarlane: Paul Diamond is instructed on the appeal of McFarlane. Mr. McFarlane was a Relate Councillor who was dismissed over his concern with certain aspects of same sex therapy.

- Praying Nurse: Caroline Petrie was suspended from her job for offering to pray for a patient. She has been restored to her job – including front pages of Sunday Telegraph, 1 February 2009, and Daily Mail, 2 February 2009.
- Pro Life Alliance v Department of Health: This case addresses the Department of Health censoring of abortion statistics and came to full trial on 1 June. My expert witnesses included the former Home Office Minister Anne Widdecombe MP and the surgeon Mr Stuart Campbell. Front Page, Sunday Telegraph, 7 December 2008. - David Booker: A housing association employee who was suspended for having a private conversation on religion. It’s an important case on whether employees can ever discuss religious topics at work. Sunday Telegraph, 12 April 2009.
- Duke Amachree: Acting for a Wandsworth Council worker suspended for talking about God. Sunday Telegraph, 29 March 2009.
- Awaz Radio: Is about whether a publicly funded Community radio station in Glasgow had the right to dismiss a Christian volunteer after a discussion on Islam. Sunday Telegraph, 11 January 2009.
- McFarlane: Relate counsellor dismissed for declining to train same sex couples on gay sex techniques. Case won on technicality, but am now appealing on the substantive issue. Reported in numerous papers including Daily Telegraph and Daily Mail.
- Hizbollah Spokesman: Visa granted to terrorist to enter United Kingdom; Paul Diamond was instructed to take effective legal measures against Dr. Moussawi. Thereafter, the Home Secretary banned individual. Sunday Telegragh 7th March 2009.
- Kwabena Peat: Dismissal and re-instatement of a teacher who objected to the promotion of homosexual lifestyle to children. Daily Mail on Sunday 26th April 2009 and Daily Mail on Sunday 2nd August 2009.
- Dr. Sheila Matthews: Dismissal and re-instatement of medical doctor who object to the placement of adopted children in same sex unions: Reported in Sunday Telegraph, Daily Telegraph, Daily Mail and others on 19th, 20 and 25th July 2009.
During 2008
- In Martin, the Christian Union has secured their
rights at Exeter University and the Judicial Review
is to be brought to a successful conclusion.
- Connolly was filed at the European Court of Human
Rights on the right to protest against abortion by
the showing of graphic pictures.
- Before the Trade Marks Registry, United Kingdom
Intellectual Property Office, there was success when
the applicant the Voluntary Euthanasia Society withdrew
their Trade Mark applications.
- In Craig there was a challenge to an alleged BBC
'censored' Electoral Broadcast about the London Mega
Mosque:-
- On 5th June, Paul was invited to give a paper at
the University of Newcastle Law School.
- On 2nd May Paul was invited to the University of Cardiff
Scholars Network.
- Paul was invited in May 2008 to attend the Academy of
European Law, Trier, Germany to discuss EC Directive 2000/78
on religious discrimination.
- In April Paul went to Istanbul to attend a meeting a meeting
on religious liberty.
- On 30th March, Paul had the honour of an invitation to
attend the consecration of the Coptic Orthodox Cathedral
of Saint George by His Holiness Pope Shenouda III.
- Paul was invited to Washington DC by Edwin Meese III (former
United States Attorney General) to give a paper entitled
'Islam and socio cultural norms in law'.
During 2007

- On 19th June 2007 Paul will speak at the European Leadership
Forum, Eger, Hungary on issues facing the Christian Church.
He will travel to Budapest for a further meeting.
- On 5th June 2007, Paul met the UN Special Rapporteur of
Religion or Belief Asma Jahangir. The meeting was attended
by Mark Hill and Samantha Knight.
- On 11th May 2007, Paul attended the World Congress of
Families at the Palace of Culture and Science, Warsaw, Poland.
The conference was addressed by US Ambassador Ellen Sauerbrey.

Pre 2006
- On 3rd September 2005, Paul Diamond met the Pakistani
Prime Minister Aziz at his residence. The meeting was organised
by Christian Solidarity Worldwide. The delegation was headed
by David Drew MP (Labour) and consisted of Mr. Stuart Windsor
(Director CSW) and Ben Rogers (Currently Deputy of Conservative
Party Human Rights Commission). The discussion focused on
religious freedom and the use of the blasphemy laws in Pakistan.
